Shipping Policy

We currently provide shipping to selected regions in South East Asia, as we are in the process of testing our business model. We look forward to expanding our services to additional countries in the near future. If your country is not listed below, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill shipping requests to your location. If you are located outside our service area and wish for us to ship to your country, please feel free to tell us where you are from by sending us an email (or crowd signal) at EMAIL. We will prioritize expanding to countries from which we receive the most feedback.

A Rule of Thumb

This section describes some general information regarding shipping and customs clearance. These facts should be applicable to all countries within our service area, so please take a moment to read this before reading the section about your country.

  • Our Process Time: We pack your orders seven days a week, from Monday to Sunday. Packed orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
  • Packing Time (In-stock Item): 1 to 3 days.
  • Packing Time (Out-of-stock Item): 7 to 15 days or longer, depending on the holiday season.
  • Custom Physical Inspection: Your package may be subject to physical inspection by your country’s customs authority, and it could be opened by customs personnel.
  • Returning Shipped Product: If, for any reason, you decide to return a shipped product to us, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Shipping Guarantee

We offer a full refund if we cannot deliver within 50 days after you placed an order. However, we will not offer a refund if the delay is due to factors that are out of our control. Here are some example situations where we WILL offer a refund.

  • Your order is lost due to error of the shipping provider.
  • An out-of-stock item cannot be restocked in time, and the total delivery time exceeds 50 days.

Here are some example situations where we WILL NOT offer a refund.

  • Your order is lost or delayed due to weather, strike, political risk, nuclear explosion, or war.

Philippine

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Orders that are PHP10,000 or below, are exempted from duties and taxes.
  • Orders that are more than PHP10,000 will be subject to tax. Tax will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping for orders over PHP10,000.

Indonesia

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • All Orders are subject to tax. Tax will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping for orders over IDR3,000,000.

Thailand

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over THB6,000.

Vietnam

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over VND5,000,000.

Singapore

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over SGD250.

Malaysia

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over MYR800.

South Korea

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over KRW280,000.

Japan

  • Shipping Time: Packing time plus 2 to 3 days shipping time.
  • Free shipping for orders over JPY30,000.
